• Strategies for handling fear, grief, and overwhelm while your baby is hospitalized.
• Helping parents confidently communicate with NICU staff and understand medical updates.
• Bonding & Attachment in the NICU — guidance on skin-to-skin, reading cues, and staying connected even with medical barriers.
• Balancing other children, work, finances, and self-care during hospital stays.
• Preparing parents for the adjustment when baby finally comes home (feeding, sleep, medical follow-ups).

• Focused support tailored to individual parenting needs

• Comprehensive coaching for the entire family to align parenting strategies and values
