- Strategies for handling fear, grief, and overwhelm while your baby is hospitalized.
- Helping parents confidently communicate with NICU staff and understand medical updates.
- Bonding & Attachment in the NICU — guidance on skin-to-skin, reading cues, and staying connected even with medical barriers.
- Balancing other children, work, finances, and self-care during hospital stays.
- Preparing parents for the adjustment when baby finally comes home (feeding, sleep, medical follow-ups).
One-on-One coaching

Labor & Delivery Support

- On-call availability and in-person support during labor.
- Advocacy and emotional guidance throughout the delivery process.
- Companion for mom or baby immediately postpartum
Initial consultation is 30 minutes. Total service hours are up to 24 hours
First 72-Hour Home Support
$270
- In-home assistance for feeding, diaper changes, and soothing techniques.
- Offering light household help (laundry, tidying) and emotional support.
Initial consultation is 30 minutes. Total service hours are up to 9 hours
Bereavement Support
