 Empowered Beginnings is an educational class for expecting parents who want clear guidance, emotional support, and hands-on learning.

You will learn:
• Pregnancy changes + comfort techniques
• Labor & delivery options and coping tools
• Partner support strategies
• Postpartum recovery + emotional wellness
• Newborn feeding, sleep, and soothing
• Hands-on newborn care practice
